By weeks two and three, you’ll start handing off those smaller tasks. This is where the magic starts happening – suddenly you’re not the one dealing with that inbox anymore! 😉

Week four? That’s when things really get rolling. You’ll be ready to delegate more, and you’ll probably wonder why you didn’t do this sooner!

Pro tip: Be realistic with deadlines at first. Remember when you were learning something new? Give your VA that same grace period. Trust me, it pays off!
